Georgia Appleseed's Effective School Discipline: Keeping in Kids in Class Project - Phase I Report Debuts

School administrators and teachers face a difficult task in balancing the right of all students to have a safe and effective school learning environment and the right of each student to have a reasonable chance to obtain at least a quality high school education.
