PMC Comments

JUSTGeorgia is committed to engaging stakeholders in the process of revising Georgia’s Juvenile Code. After the Proposed Model Code (PMC) was released in March 2008, JUSTGeorgia received feedback through comments gathered online and through stakeholder meetings and interviews with state agencies, legislators, and advocacy organizations. The insights and ideas were influential in developing SB 292, The Child Protection and Public Safety Act.
